About this program
The Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA), through the Department of Community and Economic Development, offers low-interest loans and lines of credit to eligible businesses and for developing industrial parks and multi-tenant facilities. Applicants must commit to creating or retaining full-time jobs, and applications are packaged and underwritten through certified economic development organizations (CEDOs). PIDA loan approvals exceeding $400,000 are subject to a 1% commitment fee.
