P.U.L.S.E. Teacher & NPO Grants

About this program

Community Foundation of Noble County’s P.U.L.S.E. Teacher & NPO Grants award up to $1,000 to K–12 school personnel and nonprofit organizations serving Noble County to enhance youth-focused programs, activities, or projects (e.g., educational trips, special events, creative projects); application deadlines include Sept 5, 2026 and Jan 5, 2027. Grant funds may not be used for travel expenses or staff salaries. Eligible applicants are K–12 teachers/staff employed at Noble County public or private schools and nonprofit organizations serving Noble County; teachers must provide a principal’s letter of support and contact/account details, while nonprofits must submit an IRS Tax Determination Letter. All applicants must submit via the Community Foundation’s Grant Portal a detailed project description, budget, measurable outcomes and supporting documentation; awardees must sign a Grant Agreement and submit a Final Report.
