About this program
The Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) awards the Ralph E. Kleinman Prize biennially to recognize outstanding research or contributions that bridge high-level mathematics with engineering, science, and technology applications. The prize includes $5,000, a certificate, and reimbursement of reasonable travel expenses to the 2027 ICIAM award ceremony. Nominees may be recognized for a single achievement or a body of work, and nominations must include a recommendation letter, the candidate’s CV, and two or three expert support letters. Nominations are due October 15, 2026.
