RCSA Fellows Initiative

About this program

The Research Corporation for Science Advancement (RCSA) offers the RCSA Fellows Initiative to support outstanding postdoctoral scholars pursuing faculty careers in the physical sciences in the United States and Canada. The program provides professional development, mentorship, community building, and preparation for the faculty search, professoriate, and transition to independent research. Applicants must be postdoctoral scholars preparing for faculty positions, actively interviewing, or in their first year as tenure-track faculty at eligible U.S. or Canadian higher education institutions; applications are due October 28, 2026, with nominations due September 2, 2026.
