The Research Corporation for Science Advancement (RCSA) supports postdoctoral scholars transitioning to tenure-track faculty positions through a multi-year fellowship featuring professional development, job-search preparation, mentoring, cohort programming, and travel and dependent-care support. Eligible nominees must hold a Ph.D. in chemistry, physics, astronomy, or an allied field and must not currently hold a tenure-track faculty position. Nominees must be submitted by an eligible RCSA-affiliated sponsor by September 2, 2026; invited candidates must submit a cover letter, curriculum vitae, research proposal, and teaching statement through the PRISM portal by October 28, 2026.
