The American Chemical Society (ACS) Green Chemistry Institute offers the Green Chemistry Student Chapter Award to recognize ACS student chapters that demonstrate exceptional dedication to integrating green chemistry principles into their annual activities. This award aims to foster student engagement in sustainable practices, preparing them for careers addressing global sustainability challenges. Eligible applicants are ACS student chapters that submit a detailed summary of at least three green chemistry activities, explaining their relevance to green chemistry principles and linking them to one or more of the 12 principles of green chemistry. The deadline for submissions is May 31, 2025, with winners notified in September.
