About this program
The Drama Therapy Fund offers research grants to support new or promising existing qualitative, quantitative, or mixed-methods studies advancing the field of Drama Therapy. Awards vary, with proposals of $500 or less encouraged due to limited FY26 funds; applications are due January 15 and July 15 annually. Applicants must be post-graduates or Drama Therapy professionals with expertise in empirical research and/or Drama Therapy, or partner with individuals who provide the complementary expertise. Proposals should detail the research question, methodology, significance, dissemination plan, and budget, with institutional IRB approval eligible for submission.
