Research Grants (Dermatology Foundation)

About this program

The Dermatology Foundation offers annual Research Grants of $25,000 to support U.S.-based research projects in dermatology and cutaneous biology that broadly benefit the dermatology community. Awarded projects must be conducted in the United States under the sponsorship of an ACGME‑approved department or division of dermatology, and applicants must meet the Foundation’s general and award‑specific eligibility requirements at the time of funding. Applicants from minority and underserved populations are strongly encouraged to apply, and proposals addressing health issues affecting these groups are welcomed. Applications are submitted via the CDAFG Research Award Application Portal (open to new submissions beginning July 2025) with a deadline of October 15, 2026.
