Richard A. Helms Award of Excellence in Pediatric Pharmacy Practice

The Pediatric Pharmacy Association offers the Richard A. Helms Award of Excellence in Pediatric Pharmacy Practice to recognize sustained contributions to pediatric patient care, pharmacy practice, PPA, education and mentorship, and scholarship. The award includes a $1,500 honorarium and annual meeting registration, with a commitment to deliver a one-hour career lecture at the Annual Meeting. Nominees must have at least 15 years of pediatric pharmacy practice experience and five continuous years of active PPA membership; self-nominations are not permitted. A PPA member must submit a nomination by November 1, including a statement, nominee contact information, three recommenders, and the nominee’s current CV.
