About this program

The Pediatric Endocrine Society’s Robert M. Blizzard, MD Lectureship honors contributions to pediatric endocrinology by selecting a lecturer every two years to deliver a plenary address at the Society’s Annual Meeting. Established by the Genentech Foundation, the lectureship supports recognition and dissemination of work in pediatric endocrinology, including diabetes mellitus. Nominees may be nonmembers of PES and may reside outside the United States; selection considers achievements in research, scholarship, teaching, and clinical practice. Nominations are due October 9, 2026, and must include the nominee’s CV and a summary or outline of the proposed presentation.
