Season/Series Arts Support Grant for Organizations — Region 2 Arts Council

About this program

Region 2 Arts Council (R2AC) offers the Season/Series Arts Support Grant to organizations in Beltrami, Hubbard, Clearwater, Lake of the Woods, and Mahnomen counties to fund the creation, production, and presentation of two or more arts activities (a season/series), with awards up to $18,000; applications are due 15 September 2026 and projects may begin no earlier than 4 November 2026. The program is intended to reduce application burden for high-volume presenters and requires proposals to demonstrate expansion or development of new programming with attention to access, education, arts & cultural heritage, and community-building. Eligible applicants include arts organizations, schools (parochial schools ineligible), community education programs, colleges/universities, nonprofit arts providers, local city/town/county governments, tribal governments (Red Lake, Leech Lake, White Earth), and arts affiliates within the five-county service area that have produced at least four public arts activities in the 24 months prior to the deadline. Only online submissions via the R2AC grants portal are accepted; awardees must follow R2AC budget guidelines, provide demographic reporting and supporting materials, and include required credit lines/logos as funding comes from the Minnesota Arts & Cultural Heritage Fund.
