SIAM Activity Group on Analysis of Partial Differential Equations Early Career Prize

About this program

The Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) Activity Group on Analysis of Partial Differential Equations offers its Early Career Prize biennially to recognize outstanding, influential, and potentially lasting contributions to partial differential equations. The 2027 recipient will receive a certificate, an invitation to give a plenary talk at the SIAM Conference on Analysis of Partial Differential Equations, and reimbursement for reasonable travel expenses. Nominees must have earned their Ph.D. between January 1, 2021, and October 15, 2026, with possible exceptions for documented career interruptions, and at least one relevant contribution must be published in an English-language peer-reviewed journal or conference proceeding. Nominations, due October 15, 2026, must include a recommendation letter, CV, key-paper citation, and two or three expert support letters.
