About this program
The Pennsylvania Council on the Arts offers Spotlight grants of up to $5,000 to support smaller creative arts organizations and programs that provide services, products, or activities aligned with Pennsylvania Creative Industries’ strategic plan. Grantees also join a collaborative network with opportunities for discipline-specific webinars and peer learning. Eligible applicants include nonprofit, tax-exempt corporations and units of local government; matching funds are not required.
