SRCD 2027 Biennial Awards - Call for Nominations

The Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD) is soliciting nominations for its 2027 Biennial Awards to be presented at the SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting in Atlanta, recognizing sustained lifetime contributions (Senior Distinguished Contributions), early-career research excellence (Early Career Research Contribution, nominees no more than six years post-PhD), outstanding doctoral dissertations completed in the prior year (mentor-submitted; $500 honorarium), and contributions to research on child development in the Majority World (mid-career or senior scholars; priority to those living/working in the Majority World). Eligibility varies by award and generally requires SRCD membership for nominees (with specified exceptions), punctual degree timing for early-career and dissertation awards, and that dissertation nominations be submitted by the mentor. All nominations and required documents must be submitted in PDF via the SRCD online portal by Monday, July 27, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET.
