SRCD27 Biennial Awards and SRCD27 Travel Awards — Call for Nominations and Applications

About this program

The Society for Research in Child Development (SRCD) is soliciting nominations and applications for multiple awards and travel grants to be presented at the SRCD 2027 Biennial Meeting in Atlanta, GA, including senior distinguished contribution awards, a Distinguished Contributions to Advancing Research on Child Development in the Majority World award, early career and outstanding dissertation awards (with modest honoraria), and numerous travel awards with varying reimbursement amounts. Nominations for biennial awards are due July 27, 2026, and travel award applications are due September 3, 2026. Applicants or nominators must generally be current SRCD members; specific eligibility varies by award (e.g., early career nominees ≤6 years post-PhD, dissertation awards for degrees completed 1 Jan 2024–31 Dec 2025, Majority World award prioritizing researchers based in Majority World contexts).
