About this program
The State Library of Ohio offers Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Competitive Grants to support innovative library projects aligned with the 2023–2027 LSTA Five-Year Plan. Projects must address at least one focus area: libraries as community anchors, literacy, or outreach and engagement, with awards of up to $50,000 in federal funds. Eligible Ohio libraries may apply and must provide a 25% local cash match of the total project cost. Applications are due by 11:59 p.m. on October 18, 2026.
