STFM Innovative Program Award

About this program

The Society of Teachers of Family Medicine (STFM) Innovative Program Award recognizes original educational programs or activities for family medicine residents, students, or faculty that demonstrate innovation and significant positive impact. The winning program is honored at the STFM Annual Conference, and a representative receives a commemorative award and complimentary registration to the STFM Annual Spring Conference. Nominations may be submitted by an STFM member, while nominees may be members or nonmembers; self-nominations are permitted. Applications must describe the program, its goals, educational and regional or national impact, and include supporting materials and up to three letters of support, submitted electronically by September 18 annually.
