Student Development Committee Membership

About this program

The Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (SCCAP) Division 53 Student Development Committee offers two-year volunteer positions supporting student and postdoctoral professional development through mentorship, programming, awards, networking, and student resources. Members help lead the Awards, Programming, or Mentorship subcommittees, participate in monthly calls, and contribute to initiatives such as conference events and webinars. Applicants must be SCCAP members and doctoral students enrolled in APA- or CPA-accredited psychology programs; preference is given to students who will remain enrolled throughout the term. Applications are due October 16, 2026, and require a recommendation letter submitted directly by the applicant’s advisor or supervisor.
