About this program
The City of Flagstaff Beautification, Arts & Sciences seeks proposals for large-scale, three-dimensional artworks for the 2027/2028 Multicultural County Park Sculpture Exhibition at Elizabeth “Liz” C. Archuleta County Park. Five existing or newly commissioned sculptures will be selected, with artist payment of up to $23,000 for the artwork loan. Artists should submit works that reflect diverse cultural expressions, including Indigenous, Black, and Latinx perspectives, and encourage public interaction and dialogue. Proposals are due July 31, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. through the City of Flagstaff procurement portal.
