The Sumner J. Yaffe Lifetime Achievement Award in Pediatric Pharmacology and Therapeutics

The Pediatric Pharmacy Association offers the Sumner J. Yaffe Lifetime Achievement Award to honor sustained, significant contributions to pediatric pharmacology and the safe and effective use of medications in children. The award includes a $1,500 honorarium, annual meeting registration, and an invitation to deliver a lecture and submit a related manuscript to the Journal of Pediatric Pharmacology and Therapeutics. Nominees may come from academic, industry, or regulatory settings, must be at least 25 years beyond postgraduate training, and need not be pharmacists or PPA members; they should be recognized national or international leaders. PPA members or Yaffe Award Committee members may submit a nomination letter and the nominee’s current CV between August 1 and November 1.
