Community Foundation for Monterey County is offering Thrive Grants to fund data-driven, strategic investments that reduce barriers and create pathways to success for Monterey County residents, targeting Housing Stability, Educational Attainment, Workforce Development, and Mental Health support; awards range from $25,000 to $50,000.
