About this program
The Flinn Foundation’s Translational Seed Grants Program supports Arizona-based research teams developing new products or services that address significant clinical needs. Each selected team receives up to $100,000 over 18 months, along with mentorship and other programmatic benefits, with potential follow-on funding or entry into the Foundation’s Bioscience Entrepreneurship Program. Applicants must be affiliated with an Arizona university, research institution, or health-care system and propose translational bioscience research with potential health benefits. Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2026, and applicants must register in the Foundation’s new portal in advance.
