TSHA Fellowship

About this program

The Texas State Historical Association (TSHA) Fellowship recognizes members who demonstrate distinguished published scholarship or other exemplary scholarly activity and a special aptitude for historical investigation. Up to three Fellows may be elected annually at the discretion of the Board of Directors, with recipients receiving a certificate at the TSHA Annual Meeting. Nominees must be TSHA members with an outstanding record of historical research and scholarship, and nominations must be submitted by Association members by November 15, 2026. Recipients must attend the Annual Meeting to receive the award.
