About this program

Psi Chi, The International Honor Society in Psychology, offers Undergraduate Research Grants of up to $1,500 to support direct costs of original empirical research projects, with applicants facing financial hardship eligible to request an additional $2,000 for living and research-related travel expenses. Applicants must be undergraduate Psi Chi student members serving as the project’s first author and director, and proposals should demonstrate research competence, commitment to best practices, and a faculty sponsor. Applications are accepted in three rounds annually, with deadlines of October 15, January 15, and May 1.
