About this program
The Genetics Society of America offers the Victoria Finnerty Undergraduate Travel Awards to help undergraduates cover travel or registration costs for presenting Drosophila research at the Annual Drosophila Research Conference. Applicants must be current GSA members and undergraduate students conducting Drosophila research. Applications are due September 17, 2026, and require a recommendation letter from a research principal investigator, professor, or supervisor familiar with the applicant’s work.
