About this program
The Victoria S. and Bradley L. Geist Foundation, administered through the Hawaii Community Foundation, provides capacity-building support for projects that help organizations and programs improve and expand quality services for foster children and their families. Eligible applicants should be organizations or programs serving foster children and their families, with proposals focused on strengthening operational or service-delivery capacity. Applications are accepted through the Hawaii Community Foundation Grants Portal by January 15, May 15, or September 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. HST.
