Young Investigator Award - Honoring Excellence in Pediatric Research

About this program

The Society for Pediatric Research offers the annual Young Investigator Award to recognize outstanding early-career scientists and physician-scientists conducting discovery-based research on pediatric diseases or development. One recipient receives recognition at the PAS Meeting, complimentary registration, economy travel and up to four nights of lodging, and an honorarium. Nominees must be within seven years of completing residency, postdoctoral training, or research fellowship, hold a rank of Assistant Professor or below, and be nominated by a member of a PAS society or alliance; career interruptions may qualify for exceptions. Submissions are due August 15–September 30 and must include a CV, up to three key research papers, and nomination and supporting letters.
