About this program
The ZOLL Foundation offers early-stage research grants to support newer investigators pursuing research initiatives. Applications are accepted twice annually, with deadlines of March 31 and September 30; awards are generally announced by June 30 and December 31, respectively. Applicants must be newer researchers formally affiliated with an institution or agency and supported by an established mentor who provides a reference and ongoing guidance. Applicants must hold required certifications or licenses, disclose conflicts of interest, and should note that institutional overhead costs are not eligible for funding.
