About this program

The UF+FSU Clinical and Translational Science Award (CTSA) Hub offers 2026–27 CTS Pilot Awards to support innovative, interdisciplinary research advancing clinical and translational science. Projects should develop, adapt, evaluate, or disseminate reusable tools, methods, frameworks, or scalable resources that improve research efficiency, clinical or community translation, and health outcomes. Applicants must submit a Letter of Intent by August 31, 2026, and invited applicants must complete required Pilot Design Studio and R-Connect feasibility reviews before submitting full applications by October 7, 2026. Awards provide 12 months of support, with projects involving human or animal subjects requiring IRB/IACUC approval and NIH prior approval by June 1, 2026; no-cost extensions are permitted.
