3RNET Recruitment and Retention Assistance

About this program

3RNET (National Rural Recruitment and Retention Network) offers free recruitment and retention assistance to help health professionals find jobs in rural U.S. communities and U.S. Territories and to help employers recruit and retain health staff via a national job board. Services are delivered through a nonprofit 3RNET member organization in each state; community health centers, hospitals, private practices, and community-based organizations must join their state 3RNET member to post vacancies and gain national exposure. Health professionals may use 3RNET’s free job placement services on an ongoing basis, covering a wide range of health occupations including allied health, behavioral health, dental, nursing, physicians, and related workforce roles.
