AABS Book Publication Subvention

About this program

The Association for the Advancement of Baltic Studies (AABS) offers the Book Publication Subvention, providing up to $5,000 to publishers to support publication of individually authored books, edited volumes, and multi-authored books in English that make a substantial scholarly contribution to Baltic Studies. AABS awards two subventions annually and gives priority to single-author first monographs; funds are intended to help publishers reduce list prices and increase accessibility. Applications must be submitted by publishers (not authors), are accepted on a rolling basis with no formal deadline, and should demonstrate the work’s significance to Baltic Studies.
