AAZK Professional Development Grant

About this program

The Association of Zoo and Aquarium Keepers (AAZK) offers Professional Development Grants of up to $2,000 to support travel, registration, and lodging for conferences, continuing education meetings, or workshops affiliated with another membership organization or conservation entity, excluding the AAZK National Conference. Applications are due March 1, with award notifications issued May 1. Eligible applicants are professional AAZK members in good standing, excluding AAZK Persons of Merit, and must submit an application, two support letters (including one from a supervisor), a complete CV, and required applicant and facility director signatures.
