About this program
AIA New York and the American Society of Landscape Architects New York recognize design excellence in transportation and infrastructure through awards for Structures, Planning, Open Space, Projects, and Student work. Eligible submissions may be built, commissioned, conceptual, or unbuilt projects demonstrating excellence in network connectivity, place-making, environmental sustainability, or innovation; the extended deadline is March 13 at 5:00 p.m.
Registered architects, landscape architects, and planners worldwide may submit in all non-Student categories, while students and 2023–2025 graduates of accredited U.S. programs may enter the Student and Projects categories. Built projects must have been completed, and unbuilt projects conceived and started, since January 2020; owner consent is required, and submissions must include an anonymous electronic portfolio and project description.
