Andlinger Center Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellowship (2027)

About this program

Princeton University's Andlinger Center for Energy and the Environment invites applications for its Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellows program with start dates as early as June 2027 to support research on innovative technological, economic, and policy solutions to energy and environmental challenges. Appointments are anticipated for two years (renewal after year one contingent on satisfactory performance) with a $75,000 salary, $3,500/year for travel and career development, and university benefits for eligible employees. Applicants must have received their doctorate in a related field no more than three years prior to the anticipated start date and must propose an interdisciplinary project developed in collaboration with two or more Princeton faculty or senior researchers (a primary mentor’s letter and partial financial commitment are required); preference is given to candidates not currently affiliated with Princeton and mentors already hosting a Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow cannot serve as primary mentors.
