About this program
APLA Memorial Trust offers annual awards to fund projects that advance applicants’ career development and benefit the library profession through research, education, or other appropriate endeavors; award amounts vary and are determined each year from Trust interest. Applications are accepted annually with a March 31 deadline. Applicants must be members of APLA; previous applicants and past winners are eligible to apply. To apply, submit a letter outlining the proposed project and estimated costs plus a curriculum vitae by email to memorial-award@apla.ca; the Trust also welcomes donations to support professional development and honor past members.
