About this program
The Aquatic Plant Management Society (APMS) funds special projects, including outreach, education, and research, as well as participation in its annual conference, to advance aquatic plant and algae management and the Society’s strategic goals. Requests may include monetary support, complimentary registration, or lodging, with priority given to proposals that clearly align with APMS’s mission and Strategic Plan. Applications are accepted before the April 1 deadline, and preference is given to APMS members and regional chapter affiliates in good standing. Supported conference participants are expected to engage actively through presentations, meetings, or other appropriate activities.
