APS Collaboration Grant

About this program

Association of Print Scholars (APS) offers the APS Collaboration Grant to fund public programs and projects—up to $1,000—that foster collaboration within the print community or engage the general public and provide new insights into printmaking (examples: conferences, lectures, workshops, study days, and educational programs). Applicants must be APS members in good standing and submit a single PDF (titled with the applicant’s name) by March 31, 2027 containing a 500–1000 word proposal narrative (organizers, goals, contribution to print scholarship, speakers/affiliations if applicable, target audience, feasibility), a detailed budget showing use of funds and any other grant applications, and short CVs (≤2 pages) for key organizers. The award covers direct costs only (professional fees/honoraria, travel and lodging, supplies, meeting/space rental; food and beverage excluded); successful applicants will be notified in July, must use funds within one year, and should submit a one‑page follow‑up report after completion or six months after disbursement.
