APSU Student Research Grants (SRG)

About this program

APSU’s Office of Student Research and Innovation is offering Student Research Grants of up to $2,000 to support scholarly and creative projects and related training across all disciplines; applications open in early–mid October with deadlines typically the last Friday in October or the first week of November and funded projects beginning in January. Awards can support work tied to bachelor’s programs, master’s theses, specialist field studies, or doctoral dissertations but will not supplement existing grant funding. Applicants must be currently enrolled Austin Peay State University students who are U.S. citizens or permanent residents, have a faculty sponsor, and remain enrolled for at least one consecutive semester during project completion. Projects involving human subjects or animals require submitted/approved IRB or IACUC documentation prior to release of funds.
