AIA New York offers the Arnold W. Brunner Grant, providing one or more awards of up to $15,000 for advanced architectural investigation that contributes to the practice, teaching, or knowledge of architecture. Applicants must be U.S. citizens working in architecture or a related field and must have earned their first professional degree at least five years before applying. Applications require a project description, curriculum vitae, budget, and three letters of recommendation, submitted electronically. Proposals are evaluated on applicant qualifications, demonstrated need, contemporary and broader relevance, and the usefulness of the anticipated results.
