ASHS Lifetime Achievement Award

About this program

The American Society for Horticultural Science (ASHS) offers its Lifetime Achievement Award to recognize a retired individual whose sustained, transformative career has advanced horticultural science through research, education, leadership, service, or practical impact. Up to two recipients are honored annually at the ASHS Annual Conference with a plaque and keynote presentation invitation. Nominees must have been active ASHS members for at least 25 years and demonstrate comprehensive excellence across multiple areas of horticultural science. Nominations, due February 4, must be submitted by an ASHS member in good standing and include a two-page nomination letter, current curriculum vitae, and three supporting letters in a single PDF.
