ASNT Faculty Grant - Advancing NDT Education at Universities and Colleges

About this program

The American Society for Nondestructive Testing (ASNT) offers the ASNT Faculty Grant to support faculty members in enhancing nondestructive testing (NDT) education at universities and colleges. This $10,000 grant funds educators revising existing courses or developing new NDT/NDE curricula to improve student preparation for careers in the field. Eligible applicants are faculty members from engineering or science programs, limited to one proposal per faculty member annually, with a required letter of support from the departmental administrator. Proposals must detail course modifications, objectives, approach, expected results, and student impact, with up to two recipients selected annually based on criteria such as contribution to NDT and faculty qualifications.
