About this program
The Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM) offers the Sadosky Research Prize in Analysis biennially to recognize outstanding early-career women mathematicians and advance their careers. The recipient receives a $1,000 prize, certificate, and feature in the AWM Newsletter, with presentation at the Joint Mathematics Meetings in January of even-numbered years.
Nominees must be living women conducting research in analysis, based at U.S. institutions, and either within 10 years of receiving their Ph.D. or not yet tenured at the nomination deadline; nationality and citizenship do not affect eligibility. Nominations are accepted April 1–May 15 of odd-numbered years through MathPrograms.org, and may be submitted by anyone, including the nominee, with a one- to three-page nomination letter and one supporting letter.
