About this program
The Broadcast Education Association (BEA) recognizes outstanding 2025–2026 first-edition scholarly books in broadcasting and mass communication through awards for monographs/edited collections and relevant textbooks. Current BEA individual, institutional, or associate members may self-nominate an eligible publication. Nominations open September 1 and close December 15, with winners announced February 15 and honored at the BEA Annual Convention in April.
