CAG Early Career Scholar in Quality Innovation Award

About this program

The Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG) Early Career Scholar in Quality Innovation Award recognizes outstanding early-career CAG members for quality improvement contributions in gastroenterology and includes an invitation to give a lecture at Canadian Digestive Diseases Week™ (CDDW™) and formal presentation at the conference (no monetary prize). Eligible nominees must be within ten years of their first academic appointment, hold an appointment at a Canadian university, hospital, or research institute, and be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant resident; both nominators and nominees must have been CAG members in good standing for at least three years. Nominations are submitted via a single-session Nomination Form with a Letter of Support and the nominee CV, must meet the September 30 11:59 PM ET deadline (late submissions deferred to the following year), and are reviewed by CAG Quality Affairs with final selection by the Board; only the recipient is notified.
