CAG Excellence in Quality Innovation Award

About this program

The Canadian Association of Gastroenterology (CAG) awards the Excellence in Quality Innovation Award to a CAG member who has made outstanding innovations that improve the quality and/or delivery of gastroenterology care in Canada; the recipient is invited to present a lecture at Canadian Digestive Diseases Week (CDDW) and to formally accept the award at the Opening and Awards Ceremony. Nominators and nominees must have been CAG members in good standing for at least three years, and nominees must hold an appointment at a Canadian university, hospital, or research institute and be a Canadian citizen or landed immigrant resident in Canada. Nominations require a Letter of Support and the nominee’s CV, must be submitted via a form completed in a single session by September 30 (11:59 PM ET; year unspecified), are reviewed by CAG Quality Affairs with Board approval, and only the award recipient will be notified by email.
