Captive Care Grant

About this program

The Primate Society of Great Britain administers the Captive Care Grant to support research and education projects that enhance primate welfare in captive settings, with awards typically not exceeding £1,250. Applicants must be PSGB members or primate range state nationals (who receive complimentary membership upon award), submit complete applications in English by the March 1 or November 1 deadlines, and may not simultaneously apply to multiple PSGB sub-committees for the same project within a single year. All applications, including referee forms and supporting statements, must be submitted via email to the Captive Care Subcommittee Convenor and late or incomplete submissions will not be considered.
