CASES Conference Grants

About this program

CASES is offering ten Conference Grants to cover the two-day registration fee for presenting authors at the CASES Conference—five awards for CASES professional members (regulated or non‑regulated) and five for CASES Student or Graduate members; grants are pro‑rated for one‑day attendance. Applicants must be the presenting author of a Free Communication, Poster, or 5 Slides in 5 Minutes presentation, have been a CASES member since 1 June 2024 (professionals) or 1 June 2025 (students/graduates), and must not have received a CASES Conference Grant in the past three years. Interest is indicated via the online abstract submission form with brief supporting statements (professionals: engagement with CASES and financial need; students/graduates: employability/personal development and financial need); applications are assessed by the CASES EDI Advisory Group. Recipients must register for the conference and submit a claim form with proof of registration to enquiries@cases.org.uk within four weeks to receive reimbursement, and CASES may publish winning abstracts; decisions are final.
