Chenming Hu Early Career Award

The IEEE Electron Devices Society’s Chenming Hu Early Career Award recognizes and supports outstanding early-career technical development in the field of electron devices. Up to three recipients receive a laminated plaque and $2,500, presented at the IEEE Electron Devices Meeting Awards Dinner. Nominees must be IEEE EDS members who received their first professional degree within the 10 years preceding January 1 of the nomination year; nominators must also be EDS members, and self-nominations are not accepted. Nominations are due July 1, and previous recipients and designated awards committee members are ineligible.
