Club Membership - Manitoba Horse Council

About this program

Manitoba Horse Council offers club membership to provincial, regional and local equine organizations in Manitoba, providing voting rights, access to financial assistance including a $2,500 Annual Recreation Grant (per fiscal year) and Provincial Clinic Support funding for clinics/workshops, and club insurance options administered through Acera Insurance. Eligible applicants are not-for-profit, volunteer-based, democratic organizations with a minimum of 10 members, a written constitution, regular meetings, elected directors/officers, and financial records available on request. Clubs must adopt the Sport Manitoba Safe Sport Policy Manual (effective April 1, 2026) and be MHC members to access financial assistance; application links are provided for new membership, renewal and club executive listings.
