Club Membership - Manitoba Horse Council

About this program

Manitoba Horse Council offers club membership to provincial, regional and local equine organizations in Manitoba, providing member benefits including voting rights, club insurance through Acera, access to a $2,500 Annual Recreation Grant (total to approved projects per fiscal year, Jan 1–Dec 31) and provincial clinic/workshop support funding. Eligible applicants must be not-for-profit, volunteer-based and democratic clubs with a minimum of 10 members, a written constitution, regular meetings, elected directors/officers, maintained financial records and the adoption of the Sport Manitoba Safe Sport Policy Manual effective April 1, 2026. Membership is required to access financial assistance; application links are provided for new memberships, renewals and club executive listings, while insurance applications are submitted directly to Acera.
